My stay at the Renaissance Marriott Inn in New Rochelle was a mix of highs and lows. The location was terrific, convenient to various dining options and kid-friendly entertainment, making up for some shortcomings in other areas. The service was outstanding, with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff, although there were a few hiccups with the room cleanliness and breakfast offerings.

Thanks to my husband's Marriott reward status, the rooms were very clean, but unfortunately had a poor setup and became quite smelly during my stay. The service, especially from the staff that greeted me as I stepped off the elevator, was perfect. The dining experience, while offering a good choice of hot and cold foods in the buffet-style breakfast room, felt somewhat lacking in bread and cereal selections and seating. Overall, the Renaissance Marriott Inn in New Rochelle provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.
